Joe Kroc serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for the FNBC Bank & Trust. Joe joined FNBC in 2012 and has over 20 years of experience in commercial lending and banking. Joe leads a team of commercial and mortgage lenders whose mission is to provide exceptional customer service to the businesses, not-for-profits, investors and families in our community. Joe assists clients with financing for commercial, investment, multi-family, office/medical, and mixed-use properties along with construction financing, equipment loans, business lines of credit and SBA loans.
Joe attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he attained his BS in Finance. He has volunteered with and served on numerous boards for community organizations including the La Grange Business Association, the Rotary Club of La Grange, the Pav YMCA of Berwyn and the Berwyn Development Corporation, and was elected to two terms as the Treasurer of the City of Berwyn.

Amy is the Senior Vice President of Relationship Development and Bank Counsel at FNBC Bank & Trust. She joined FNBC in 2021 with over two decades of experience and leadership as a real estate and financial services attorney. Amy leverages her strong background in law and finance to offer a unique perspective when guiding clients through their commercial, C&I, and residential financing needs. She excels in fostering relationships with small business owners, individuals, and industry peers within the community, always showcasing the many advantages of community banking. Her ability to build and nurture client relationships was key to her joining FNBC, as she represented the bank for 10 years before joining the team.
Amy earned her BA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago Law School. Deeply committed to community engagement, she has served on several business and community boards, including the Chicago Bar Association, West Suburban Chamber of Commerce, UChicago Advent Health’s LaGrange Memorial Foundation, Plymouth Place, La Grange Little League, and the St. Cletus School Board. One of Amy’s most meaningful honors was being nominated as a Leader of Impact for the American Heart Association in 2025 and being recognized as AHA Change Maker for her outstanding contributions.

Tim has 30 years of banking experience in the Chicagoland market. His career includes working with community banks and super regional banks. His area of expertise is helping small and midsize companies, and real estate investors to obtain financing.
Tim has been a commercial loan officer with FNBC Bank & Trust for over 3 years. He is currently the President of the Leadz Network Group. Tim is also involved with many local business organizations and chambers of commerce.
Tim believes that community banks are crucial to helping business owners and consumers in the Chicago Area meet their financial goals. In his free time Tim can be seen riding with his cycling club throughout the Chicago Suburbs.

Steve Beles is the Vice President of Commercial Lending / Banking for FNBC Bank and Trust in the West Chicago and La Grange, Illinois locations since 2017. With 33 years of experience in community banking, Steve is known for building solid customer relationships and providing superior service to ensure his clients have a seamless banking experience. Steve specializes in offering tailored financing solutions for owner-occupied commercial properties, multi-family and single-family residential investment properties, as well as industrial and retail spaces.
Steve earned his BS in Finance from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. He is actively involved in his community, serving on several boards, including the Neighborhood Food Pantry (Board Member/Volunteer), West Chicago Development Commission (Board Member/Chair), and the Educational Foundation of West Chicago High School (Board Member).
Outside of work, Steve enjoys biking and taking walks with his wife, especially as they embrace their new life as "empty nesters." During the summer months, he relishes spending time with his extended family and parents at their lake house in Indiana, where water sports are the highlight of the day.

Rick Ramey is the Vice President of Commercial Banking at FNBC Bank & Trust, where he has been a key member of the team since 2022. With over 18 years of experience in retail banking and commercial lending, Rick plays a pivotal role in the bank’s commercial lending division, where he specializes in providing financial solutions for commercial real estate, including investments, multi-family, owner-occupied commercial, office/medical, and mixed-use properties. He also focuses on business lines of credit and equipment lending, helping clients with a wide range of financial needs.
Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Benedictine University. His banking career began in high school as a teller, and he has since built a reputation for his customer-centric approach. Passionate about supporting clients in achieving their full potential, Rick is dedicated to fostering business growth. Outside of work, Rick enjoys cultivating strong business relationships within the communities near his hometown of Oswego, IL.
